How I can handle my feelings?, How I can clarify my feelings?, How I can express my feelings in an assertive way without hurting the other person, What is the difference between abuse, abuse, harassment and violence? , How to make a mate choice? How to know if I am a violent person? How do I know if I violate?, How I can learn more about my partner?, You like knowing tool for dialogue and decision making?
These and more questions are asked at the beginning of the workshop participants growth COLLEAGUE O, AC

between feelings, emotions, dynamics and good treatment, is how it has passed our stay at COLLEAGUE O, AC We are three students 8 th semester of Psychology, University of Guadalajara Marist, we have provided social services in the civil partnership where we Cuidarte AC being trained to implement the program workshops Building Networks for life, which have been given in the Colonia Balcones del Colli. It is from the kind invitation from the members of Buddy so we decided to be replicating the workshops and give them to the community of sexual diversity that meet there.

Our goal was clear, to publicize these workshops to help staff and community growth in adolescents, young adults, we believe that everyone has the right and access to these workshops where we promote, practice and exercise personal and social skills, both caring for and managing partner relationships.

The work has been for other helpful for those attending the workshop and the workshop leaders for us, because we not only impart knowledge to the workshops, if we learn to know the experience of people with whom we work in a climate that promotes respect and integration.

teaching has already been achieved two major workshops Weaving Networks program for life which is: "Emotional Literacy" and "promotion of good treatment and prevention of abuse, harassment and dating violence", both workshops have the peculiarity that are not based on motivational speaking or over-rehearsed speeches, our methodology is based on dynamic games and mainly which have an educational purpose, and above all a moment of reflection, where each participant can appropriate both knowledge and skills achieved.

affirm that the experience within COLLEAGUE O, AC has been nice and full of growth, and thanks to this institution have been able to expand our knowledge and experience with people of sexual diversity and to grow in our professional development. Workshops, this has involved a major challenge in adapting the dynamics and lead to reflection, which is not always easy, as they must make careful attention to how it has been the life experience of participants and to understand and show them how to take strengths of adversity, and they can learn something very valuable and significant.

Having a vision that every week is enriched by the contributions of the members, who put all their effort to learn new things and implement them has been without doubt one of the things we have come, we are very happy because they are people of the most attentive and participatory, and are always looking for new things and are left surprised.

COLLEAGUE Working in O, AC has also been a fun experience, since boys are pranksters and conducive work environment by opening all the work thus becomes interesting and collect experiences that are valuable for everyone. One thing we liked is how, through the reflections are deeper and realize things that are significant, we think that the most gratifying for us as workshops is that they learn and share with the community.

If we sum up in simple words as we have been working in Colleague would be: fun, learning, commitment, challenge, success, empathy, choice, dialogue, openness, organization and delivery.
